Role Purpose We are seeking a Design Manager (MEP) to lead multi-disciplinary design delivery for high-profile data-centre projects. This role combines technical and commercial leadership, overseeing all design phases, managing programme, budget, and risk, while supporting procurement, construction, commissioning, and post-handover activities. As the primary client liaison on design matters, the Design Manager will champion design excellence, collaboration, and sustainability in mission-critical environments, ensuring high-quality outcomes across complex, high-energy facilities. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery and Design Management Lead and coordinate MEP design from concept through handover, integrating multiple disciplines to deliver compliant, high-quality designs. Manage programme, cost, and risk for all design phases escalate and resolve issues promptly to meet commercial objectives.
