MEP Design Manager Location: Central London Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 + Benefits Sector: Building Services / MEP Contracting Employment Type: Permanent The Opportunity We are working with a rapidly growing MEP contractor based in Central London who are looking to appoint an experienced MEP Design Manager to join their team. The business has experienced significant growth over the last two years, having doubled its headcount during this period and continuing to secure a strong pipeline of work. They are now looking for an MEP Design Manager who can operate confidently across both design and delivery, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams. The role will cover a range of residential and commercial projects, with the successful candidate taking ownership of the design process and ensuring projects move efficiently from design through to construction. The Role As MEP Design Manager, you will be responsible for managing the design process across a number of projects, ensuring designs are technically robust, coordinated and suitable for construction. You will act as a key link between the consultant design team and the contractor''s delivery team, using your understanding of both consultancy and contracting environments to identify issues and drive solutions.
