The role: Manage mechanical & electrical deliverables across a range of residential schemes Work alongside the main company designer to develop and deliver M&E design packages Ensure all designs are up to speed with current regulations Occasional site visits as and when required Based in the RM7 office, with design locations across the M25 What we''re looking for: Proven experience in residential design & build, ideally including student accommodation and high-end residential Strong working knowledge of M&E systems and current design regulations Confident using AutoCAD/Revit MEP; BIM experience an advantage Secondary qualifications required; a relevant degree is desirable, but highly experienced candidates without one will be considered Comfortable managing deliverables and working closely within a small design team Standard working hours - 8am-5pm (1hr lunch) What''s on Offer?
