This role will involve working on large-scale, complex developments, supporting clients from early-stage design through to project completion.-Using your expertise in-MEP-cost management, you will be responsible for developing cost plans, carrying out feasibility studies, supporting procurement and tender evaluations, and managing commercial aspects throughout the project-lifecycle. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.-This is an opportunity to work within a fast-growing sector, contributing to high-value, technically complex data centre projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders.
