MEP Contracts Director

OverviewAn incredibly rare opportunity has been created to appoint a Senior MEP professional to step in as an MEP Contracts Director. This genuinely stable, dynamic successful organisation specialise in Mechanical and Electrical installations up to an industrial level. Therefore, we seek those who have an industrial MandE / MEP background to qualify for this role. Candidates sought will be based or commutable to Bristol / Avon.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of schemes up to £20M and beyond as an MEP Contracts Director.

Work on client-side engagements, providing leadership and direction with integrity while managing multidisciplinary teams.

Apply commercial acumen with in-depth knowledge of UK building regulations, MEP systems and construction methodologies appropriate for this level.

Mentor Project Managers and other support staff; liaise with Consultants, sub contractors and specialist Engineers.

Procurement responsibility; drive commercial performance, cost control, technical elements, safety, risk management and quality standards.

Contribute to the ongoing success of an award-winning specialist contractor and carve out career progression opportunities.

Qualifications / Experience

Extensive background in Mechanical and Electrical Services / MandE / Building Services, with ability to manage schemes up to £20M+

Strong leadership, client-facing demeanor, and ability to work on or near Bristol/Avon region.

Proven track record in industrial MandE / MEP environments.

Experience in procurement and driving project performance.

Thorough knowledge of UK building regulations and construction methodologies at senior level.
