MEP Commercial Manager - tier one leading main contractor - c 110k + benefits - Central London - 60M MandE package on 400M Commercial office projectThis is an exciting opportunity to join a leading international Main Contractor that operate across the UK with a turnover exceeding 2billion.About the role of a MEP Commercial Manager: As the MEP Commercial Manager, you will be expected to manage a team of MEP commercial staff in the delivery of a large Commercial office project in Central London with a current PC date of late 2030. You will gain an in-depth understanding of their sub-contractors (and key elements of their supply chain) to help manage their performance, identify risks and opportunities and provide them with support as and when required. Responsibilities for MEP Commercial Manager - Be a Senior member of a team of around 12 commercial staff members- Actively engage with all internal and external stakeholders and ensure that the commercial function within the business unit effectively supports the other functions such as, Design, Operations and Pre-Construction as required- Drive clear strategy on commercial delivery, customer engagement and repeat business whilst managing, training, and developing the wider Commercial Teams.- Agree project profit plans and Stretch profit plans and monitor throughout the procurement and construction process.Requirements for MEP Commercial Manager - Experience of managing large MandE packages to 50M or multiple smaller projects- ..... full job details .....
