A leading multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking an experienced MEP CAD Coordinator to join their established team in Holborn, London. With a network of 12 offices across the UK, this firm delivers high-quality work on a range of commercial and industrial building projects, primarily focused on existing buildings.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team, playing a vital role in producing coordinated MEP drawings and ensuring technical excellence across projects.

• Produce and coordinate detailed MEP drawings using AutoCAD and related software.

• Collaborate closely with engineers and project teams to ensure accurate delivery.

• Work on refurbishment and upgrade projects within commercial and industrial buildings.

• Support the implementation of CAD standards and best practices across the business.

• Liaise with external consultants, contractors, and clients as needed.

• Proven experience in a similar MEP CAD coordination role.

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit experience is a plus).

• Good understanding of mechanical and electrical building services.

• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

• Experience working on existing building projects preferred.

• Competitive salary of -45,000 to -50,000 depending on experience.

• Hybrid working with flexibility to split time between home and the Holborn office.
