The role will focus on early identification of design, workmanship, materials and interface risks during the construction phase of multiple schemes, reporting into the Head of Building Services. Other duties and responsibilities include: Drive prevention of repeat post-PC defects by providing targeted, solutions-focused Quality Control across high-risk building services activities Ensuring timely close-out before close-up, and feeding structured lessons learned back into the high-risk quality targets Project accountability through clear, evidence-based QC outputs and through working with projects, rather than policing them Support the business in minimising legacy period costs by identifying and addressing quality risks before project completion On each live project, verify whether ITPs and inspection records for Building Services are in place and being followed for critical activities Contribute to asset performance by supporting investigations and resoluti...
