The Role

The company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented MEP BIM Technician to join its Kent-based team. This is a hybrid role, offering a balance between office and remote working. The successful candidate will support the delivery of coordinated building services designs using BIM processes across a variety of projects.



Key Responsibilities

  • Produce detailed MEP models and drawings using Revit
  • Assist in the coordination of multi-disciplinary BIM models
  • Collaborate closely with engineers to develop effective design solutions
  • Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project requirements
  • Attend coordination meetings (both in-person and virtual)
  • Maintain accurate, high-quality model data and documentation


Requirements

  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP)
  • Good understanding of BIM workflows and standards (e.g. ISO 19650)
  • Background in MEP / building services engineering
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team


Desirable Skills

  • Experience with AutoCAD
  • Knowledge of Navisworks and clash detection
  • Familiarity with UK building regulations and design standards
  • Previous consultancy experience
