MEP BIM ManagerLocation: London or Milton KeynesSalary: Up to 70,000 depending on experienceWorking Arrangement: HybridThe OpportunityAn established building services consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced MEP BIM Manager to join its growing team, based in either London or Milton Keynes.This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong BIM professional to take on a leadership role, managing a team and overseeing the delivery of BIM across a varied portfolio of projects. The workload will consist primarily of residential developments, alongside opportunities to contribute to commercial schemes and other exciting projects across the built environment.The successful candidate will play a key role in driving BIM standards, coordinating project delivery and supporting the continued development of the team.The RoleThe MEP BIM Manager will be responsible for:Managing and leading a team of BIM and MEP professionals.Overseeing BIM delivery across multiple projects, ensuring work is completed to a high standard.Working predominantly on residential developments, with involvement in commercial projects and other sectors.Managing and coordinating MEP models to ensure accuracy and effective collaboration between disciplines.Developing, implementing and maintaining BIM standards, processes and workflows.Working closely with design teams, project managers and other key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.Providing technical guidance and support to team ..... full job details .....
