BIM Specialist - Coordination FocusedLondon Hybrid - 2 days office / 3 days WFH 40,000 - 50,000 DOEA leading engineering consultancy is looking for a BIM Specialist to join their London team. This is a hands-on role focused on Revit MEP modelling and coordination across building services projects up to Stage 4.The RoleDevelop mechanical, electrical and public health services within Revit.Coordinate building services against architectural and structural models.Take ownership of assigned modelling and coordination packages.Identify and resolve clashes, working closely with engineers where required.Attend coordination meetings and communicate modelling issues clearly.Produce accurate, coordinated drawings and project deliverables.Follow BIM standards, modelling procedures and project workflows.About YouStrong Revit MEP experience.Good understanding of building services and coordination.Experience working on projects up to Stage 4.Able to interpret engineering drawings, mark-ups and technical information.Confident identifying and resolving clashes within Revit.Strong communication skills and a practical, quality-focused approach.Excellent opportunity for a BIM Specialist / Revit MEP Coordinator looking to develop their career within a leading engineering consultancy.Eden Brown is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy. ..... full job details .....
