MEP BIM Coordinator Location: Rochester, Kent Salary: £45,000 + Benefits Sector: MEP / Building Services Design Consultancy Employment Type: Permanent The Opportunity We are working with an established MEP design consultancy based in Rochester who are looking to appoint an experienced MEP BIM Coordinator to join their design team. The consultancy delivers building services design across a range of projects, with the successful candidate playing a key role in the production, coordination and management of MEP models using Revit. This is an excellent opportunity for a BIM Coordinator who enjoys working within a technical design environment and wants to develop their career within an established consultancy. The Role As MEP BIM Coordinator, you will work closely with the mechanical and electrical design teams to ensure models and design information are accurate, coordinated and delivered to the required standards. Your responsibilities will include: Producing and coordinating MEP models using Revit across a range of building services projects. Coordinating mechanical and electrical services within multidisciplinary models and identifying clashes and design issues. Working closely with engineers and other members of the design team to develop coordinated design solutions. Carrying out model reviews and ensuring BIM information is accurate, consistent and compliant with project requirements.
