An ambitious MEP contracting business are looking to add to their established aftercare department in Wigan. The successful candidate will be process focused, confident with speaking with clients and have previous MEP co-ordination experience.

The Role
andbull; To liaise directly with key stake holders from enquiry stages to co-ordinate
andbull; Co-ordinating engineers and general assistance with the Project Managers
andbull; To discuss new maintenance contracts for HVAC systems, primarily plumbing
andbull; Gathering key information through successful questioning and relationship building
andbull; Logging any key information on the CRM
andbull; Using word, excel to help with organisation
andbull; Offering general support to helping them keep up to date with any market changes

You
andbull; 2 yearsandrsquo; experience ideally within a Construction or Facilities Management environment
andbull; Knowledge of effective fact-finding strategy and confident to ask the right questions
andbull; Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
andbull; Knowledge of HVAC systems is essential
andbull; Experience using CRM systems, word and excel
