As a Year R Mentor , you will work on a 1:1 basis or with small groups, helping children develop their confidence, communication, early literacy and numeracy skills, social development, and readiness for learning. You will provide tailored support that meets each child''s individual needs while creating a positive, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
