Prospero Teaching - 1:1 Mentor Role

Prospero Teaching is looking for dedicated 1:1 Mentors to support young people across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP). This role focuses on building confidence, resilience, and key life skills, particularly for vulnerable learners and Children Looked After (CLA).

As a Mentor, you''ll provide tailored, flexible sessions, acting as a positive role model and supporting emotional wellbeing, behaviour, and engagement. You''ll also complete brief weekly feedback to track progress.

Details:

• Part-time, flexible hours
• -2530 per hour
• Ongoing work, ASAP start

Requirements:

• Experience supporting young people
• Right to Work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
• Two child-related references
