What You''ll Be Doing Managing a caseload of new and existing clients with learning disabilities and complex care needs. Carrying out initial assessments and developing person-centred care plans. Conducting regular clinical reviews to ensure care remains safe, effective, and responsive to clients'' needs. Carrying out spot checks and quality assurance visits to monitor standards of care. Completing staff competency assessments and signing off clinical competencies. Providing clinical supervision, guidance, and support to Health Care Assistants and support staff.
