A Specialist School near Thatcham are seeking a dedicated Graduate to join their team as a Mental Health and Behaviour Support Assistant. The school caters for children aged 4-16 who face social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges, including attachment disorders, ADHD, anxiety, trauma, and low self-esteem. Many of the pupils have experienced adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), and therefore struggle in a mainstream environment.
