Mental Health Team Manager

Right now, we are looking for a Team Manager to play a pivotal role in our Complex needs Service in Tower Hamlets. Sounds great, what will I be doing? You will oversee and coordinate the management of a High Support Accommodation based service and Step-down Accommodation based service for men and women with Mental Health needs. Whilst ensuring the delivery of a consistent and high-quality service in accordance with the mission statement and strategic objectives of Hestiaand within the relevant legislative framework. You will effectively manage and implement the services operational policies. What do I need to bring with me?
