      <description>Location: Oxford | Salary: &amp;pound;90 - &amp;pound;105/day | Type: Permanent | Mental Health Teaching Assistant - Oxford        We are currently looking for a compassionate, resilient and dedicated Mental Health Teaching Assistant to join our team starting in September!  The successful Mental Health Teaching Assistant will be supporting children and young people with a range of mental health, social and emotional needs. You will focus on supporting them to build resilience, develop coping strategies and achieve positive outcomes in a safe and engaging environment.  Your responsibilities as a Mental Health Teaching Assistant will involve providing 1 to 1 and small group support to students. You will also focus on promoting educational wellbeing, resilience and positive behavior through structured and personalized intervention plans. You will also support the class teacher and any educational psychologists or therapists involved in the students development with facilitating their intervention and therapeutic plans.
