Mental Health Supported Housing Officer (FTC)

The Role To provide high-quality, person-centred support and housing management services to residents living within Causeway''s Mental Health Needs Service. Residents accessing this service experience moderate to high mental health needs, which may include enduring mental illness and periods of crisis. This role is available on a 6 month fixed term contract. The working hours for this role is 35 hours per week Monday-Friday. Flexible working conversations are welcomed as part of the interview process. The Service We support adults living with moderate to severe mental health conditions, many of whom have experienced trauma, social exclusion, homelessness, substance misuse or other complex needs. Some residents may present with behaviours associated with their mental health, including heightened anxiety, emotional dysregulation, suicidal ideation, self-neglect or periods of crisis.
