Mental Health Support Workers Oxfordshire Location: Oxfordshire Pay: £14.35 £16.88 per hour Company: Health Now Complex Care We re looking for caring, reliable and experienced Mental Health Support Workers to join Health Now Complex Care and support individuals with complex mental health needs across Oxfordshire. This is a rewarding role for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, building trust and making a difference to someone s day-to-day life. What experience are we looking for? Complex PTSD ASD Challenging behaviours Complex mental health needs Experience within healthcare, social care or complex care would be beneficial. What we re looking for Caring, patient and understanding Confident supporting individuals with complex needs Calm when dealing with challenging situations Reliable and professional Comfortable working as part of a team Passionate about providing good-quality, person-centred support A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable due to the locations of some placements. A valid DBS and relevant training would be advantageous. If you don t currently have a DBS, please still get in touch to discuss the opportunities available.
