Mental Health Support Worker
Staff Partners are currently looking for Mental Health Support Workers with a passion for delivering outstanding care in a specialist hospital setting. My client is one of the UK leading private healthcare providers with a unique approach to the delivery of care. With a network of over 80 services across England and Wales, providing four services including: Adult Mental Health, Neurological, Learning Disabilities and Autism, Children and Education. The site in need provides emergency admissions services for men and women, and a pathway for women to rehabilitation including a specialist service for personality disorder. We also have additional sites available in the surrounding areas that specialise in different areas of Mental Healthcare. Main Duties: Provide care to people with mental health conditions Learn about individuals specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way Assist with medical and welfare needs Report on medical and welfare needs as required Safeguard Maintain a safe, clean environment for all You will have A positive, compassionate attitude. Genuinely driven with a desire to make a real difference in people s lives An excellent communicator and a good team player Sensitive and intuitive with the energy required to provide a trusting, stimulating and varied environment Experience in mental health support work or support work in general.
