In this role, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes, helping them to maintain their health, wellbeing, and independence. As a Support Worker, you will be involved in supporting the daily activities of our clients in a person-centred manner; promoting their dignity, independence, well-being, and becoming an integral part of their lives. We support a wide range of clients which could include: disabled parent families, brain injury and mental health conditions, learning disabilities and Autism. What would a typical day look like? Whilst no day will be the same in this incredibly rewarding role, responsibilities will include: Supporting individuals with personal care (hygiene, washing, dressing, etc.)Supporting with the administering of medicationAssisting with meal preparationProviding companionship and offering social interactionCarrying out light domestic tasks and occasional food shopping.
