The successful candidate will use their compassion and clinical experience to help deliver exceptional levels of resident care to individuals who have a variety of mental health conditions.This role is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the mental health field while working in a supportive and dynamic team.About The RoleProfessional Responsibilities:Experience working within a mental health environment.Good working knowledge of The Mental Health Order (1986).An understanding of current approaches to mental health practice.Ability to collaborate with a challenging resident group positively.Ensuring care plans are comprehensive and understandable by the resident.Supporting, encouraging, and prompting residents with their medication.Accurately maintain documentation both manually and electronically.Ensure house rules are kept and adhered to, providing a safe environment.Communicate effectively with colleagues, residents, and visitors.Assisting residents with booking and attending ..... full job details .....
