Mental Health Support Worker - Burgess Hill

If you have an interest in working in the mental health sector and making a positive difference, we have a fantastic opportunity to join our specialist DORS Team as a Mental Health Support Worker.Based in our specialist discharge service, you will be working with our multi-disciplinary team to support individuals in their first six weeks post-discharge, working alongside vulnerable clients to avoid hospital re-admission where possible.Car owners/drivers are essential due to the travel involved in the Burgess Hill/Sussex area.Words direct from one of our team: "I''ve only been with the DORS team for a month but its already my favourite job I''ve had.
