Airmid are now recruiting for reliable compassionate Mental Health Support Workers for work in the Carlisle area , for work supporting clients in a Residential Setting with block bookings and full time and part time opportunities available across Days and Nights. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care Be proactive with managing behaviour and de-escalation Ability to communicate clearly and effectively through verbal and written means.
