A fantastic SEN school in Windsor is currently recruiting for a Mental Health Mentor to join them ASAP. The alternative provision cater for children and young adults who have been excluded from mainstream education or are in a transition period before finding a place in a specialist setting. Many of the students have experience trauma, have SEN, behavioural disorders as well as other mental health issues. The role will involve mentoring, teaching and supporting young people who are struggling to access education. This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate or experienced teaching assistant to develop their experience with Special Educational Needs and Behavioural Needs.
