A specialist  SEMH school in Readng  is seeking a  Teaching Assistant  to support children with  Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs . You''ll work alongside  therapists, counsellors, and psychologists , gaining invaluable experience for careers in  Educational Psychology, Therapy, or SEN Teaching .   The Role:   Support children  1:1 and in small groups  Assist with  learning and behaviour plans  Work with professionals to provide  holistic support    Ideal Candidate:   Degree in  Psychology, Counselling, or similar  (or relevant experience) Passionate about  mental health and SEN  Resilient, proactive, and adaptable   Salary will be determined by the successful candidate''s qualifications and relevant experience, and will be in accordance with the client''s pay policy.</description>
