The ideal candidate will have a robust background in mental health casework and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Key Responsibilities of the Mental Health Solicitor:Meet the LAA supervisor requirements for the Mental Health legal aid contract.Handle a range of mental health casework, including tribunal representation.Address issues arising from s.117 aftercare.Work independently and collaboratively within a team.Develop and implement compliant processes, procedures, and precedents.Self-supervise effectively.Requirements of the Mental Health Solicitor:Experience across a range of mental health casework, including tribunal representation.Knowledge of s.117 aftercare.Ability to work independently and as part of a ..... full job details .....
