Mental Health Social Worker

Were currently recruiting for an experienced Adult Mental Health Social Worker to join an Adult Locality Mental Health Team in Hounslow. Team: Adult Locality Mental Health Team Contract: Initial 3-6month assignment Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm Location: Hounslow House, 7 Bath Road, Middlesex, TW3 3EB Working Pattern: Hybrid - minimum of 2 days per week on-site (subject to service needs) Essential Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience working within an Adult Mental Health team in a Local Authority setting Strong knowledge of the Care Act 2014, Safeguarding, and Mental Capacity Assessments Experience using the Liquidlogic case management system Social Work qualification and current registration Additional Information Council IT equipment will be provided and must be collected in person from Hounslow House on your first day.
