You will work within the Mental Health Social Work Team in the People Directorat e. You will be enthusiastic about challenging social injustice and upholding the rights of those impacted by their mental health. You will be skilled in inter-agency working and developing positive relationships with all. You will join a supportive team with regular supervision and peer reflective sessions, and you will work in a way that reflects strength-based practice and trauma-informed approaches. You will have excellent knowledge around the legal frameworks with which we work and, if not already with AMHP status, a desire to develop to become an ApprovedMental Health Practitioner. You will have significant knowledge of functional mental health difficulties and an understanding of neurodiversity and how individuals are impacted.Qualifications

You will be enthusiastic, a team player, and committed to high professional standards in Mental Health Social Work. You will be skilled in inter-agency collaboration and developing positive relationships with all stakeholders.Benefits
