The day-to-day duties of a Recovery Worker consist of: Meeting residents on a 1:1 basis to encourage and assist the individual in their recovery goals Facilitating group activities and workshops to enhance engagement and support the individual to greater independence Providing input into the development of Person Centred Support Plans and Risk Assessments Attending and providing feedback in Clinical Reviews for your assigned residents Supporting residents to manage medication independently Liaising with the Specialised Support Structure ..... full job details .....
