About The Role
We are looking for a
bank worker
for
Astley Cooper Place , our supported living site in Great Yarmouth. The service is manned 24/7 and you would be required to mainly cover
weekend and sleep-in shifts
in a
lone working capacity .

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Undertaking duties at 24-hour supported projects to cover sickness / holidays / absence, which will involve working weekends, evenings and overnight duties. This routinely involves working alone and taking responsibility for the projects. This may on occasion involve managing challenging situations.Maintaining continuity of approach within projects by:Taking on specific duties passed on by regular staff during handoverResponding to Service Users’ needs as and when they are expressed to youEnsuring that all matters that should be handed over to the regular staff team are passed onKeeping up to date with all necessary paperwork. Ensuring significant contacts are documented. Maintaining the confidentiality of records in line with Together UK’s policy.Recording and handling monies in line with procedures.Taking in ongoing training where agreed.Being aware of and working to Together UK’s guidelines (as directed by the Locality Manager).Assisting the Staff and Locality Manager by undertaking specific tasks as requested.
