Previous experience in care/support work is preferred, but if you''re passionate about helping others lead independent lives, we offer excellent training and ongoing support for a rewarding career.About our service users:Our clients have primary diagnoses of mental health conditions, including paranoid schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, emotionally unstable personality disorder, bipolar disorder, substance and alcohol misuse, and autism. They have their own tenancies, and support involves supervising medication, assisting with living skills, attending appointments, community support, shopping, managing bills, and engaging in activities like college, arts and crafts, volunteering, and outings.
