Mental Health Practitioner

System Knowledge - S1 is desirable. Must have NHS Care identity service card. Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional qualification. Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), Social Worker, or Occupational Therapist with current professional registration. Experience working with individuals with severe and enduring mental illness. Experience implementing the Care Programme Approach (CPA). Knowledge and experience of risk assessment and risk management. Experience working within multidisciplinary and multi-agency environments. Ability to work autonomously, prioritise workload, and manage a caseload effectively. Competent IT and clinical record-keeping skills.
