This Mental Health Practitioner Manager role will be for an initial 3-6 months with potential for extension subject to internal circumstance and your performance. Mental Health Practitioner Manager Responsibilities include:To provide line management of front-line operational services which includes the provision a comprehensive assessment and case management service to vulnerable adults.To lead on the delivery of safe services for services users, including investigating, chairing, and reviewing adult safeguarding episodes as appropriateTo manage a group of Social Workers, Assessors, and ancillary staff within the teamDeveloping a range of Divisional procedures and working practicesWork in partnership with other professionalsDeveloping robust implementation plans to address any outstanding practice mattersTo carry out annual AppraisalsMinimum Requirements/Experience Preferred:SWE Registration3 year post qualifying experience within the UK Social Care industryExperience managing a teamEnhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)Eligibility to work in the UKBenefits of working with ..... full job details .....
