Role: Mental Health Nurse Location: Loughborough, Hours: 40 per week (shift rota, days and nights) Contract: Permanent Salary: 43,000 -44,000 We''re recruiting an experienced nurse for a 24-bed nurse-led specialist mental health unit in Loughborough. The service supports people with complex, long-standing mental health conditions, with a focus on maintaining wellbeing and reducing the need for acute hospital admission. What the role involves: Leading clinical shifts and supporting junior staff Managing risk and responding to incidents Delivering recovery-focused, person-centred care Working within a full MDT including psychiatry and psychology What you''ll need: Current NMC registration (RMN preferred, or RNLD/RGN with mental health experience) Solid knowledge of mental health legislation Experience managing challenging behaviour and complex risk Structured induction, clinical supervision and progression into leadership.
