In this Mental Health Nurse role you will be joining a brand-new, purpose-built care centre which offers care for a wide range of conditions, making for a unique opportunity to develop your existing nursing skills. In this Mental Health Nurse role you will:

• Assess and develop person-centred care plans
• Liaise with GPs and other health professionals to ensure that residents receive the medical and clinical support they require
• Provide therapeutic interventions and effectively manage crises
• Build good relationships with residents and their families

Criteria to apply:

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC PIN
• Good knowledge / use of clinical care systems and governance
• Positive role model and have a focus on patient-centred care.
