I''m recruiting for an RMN to join a specialist neuropsychiatric rehabilitation service supporting adults with complex mental health conditions, acquired brain injuries and neurological disorders. Rather than managing rapid patient turnover, you''ll have the opportunity to support people throughout their rehabilitation journey, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life.
You''ll be joining a highly experienced multidisciplinary team in a purpose-built service that places recovery, compassion and person-centred care at the heart of everything it does.

As a Mental Health Nurse, you''ll deliver high-quality nursing care to adults with complex mental health needs, acquired brain injuries and neurological conditions. Working closely with the wider multidisciplinary team, you''ll support patients through every stage of their rehabilitation while promoting recovery, independence and positive clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, compassionate and recovery-focused nursing care
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate person-centred care plans
- Administer and monitor medication safely in line with NMC guidelines
- Carry out comprehensive mental health and risk assessments
- Recognise changes in patients'' physical and mental health, responding appropriately
- Work collaboratively with Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and the wider MDT
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to effective care planning
- Support patients and their families throughout the rehabilitation process
- Promote safeguarding, dignity, independence and clinical excellence at all times
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN
- Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in mental health, neurorehabilitation, acquired brain injury or complex care is desirable but not essential
- Committed to continuous learning and professional development
