This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about mental health, has a person-centred approach and wants to make a genuine difference to individuals experiencing periods of acute mental health crisis. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting individuals through crisis while helping them access appropriate ongoing support and community resources.
