Mental Health Crisis Worker Location: Bristol Hours: Full-time and part-time opportunities available Contract: Permanent Hours: 4 days Salary: (phone number removed) per annum pro rata + 2,116 pro rata night-working allowance We are currently recruiting Mental Health Crisis Workers to join an established 24/7 mental health crisis service in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about mental health, has a person-centred approach and wants to make a genuine difference to individuals experiencing periods of acute mental health crisis. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting individuals through crisis while helping them access appropriate ongoing support and community resources. The role As a Mental Health Crisis Worker, you will: Build positive and therapeutic relationships with individuals experiencing mental health difficulties Support a caseload and contribute to effective care planning Provide person-centred support during periods of acute mental health crisis Work collaboratively with families, carers and wider support networks Liaise with GPs, secondary mental health services and other agencies Support individuals with their recovery and ongoing wellbeing Connect people with appropriate community resources Work closely with colleagues within a multidisciplinary team Participate in clinical and management supervision and reflective practice Provide support as part of a 24/7 service, including night working About ..... full job details .....
