Mental Health Community Connectors in Rotherham play a key role in engaging and supporting people to overcome the barriers that they may experience, enabling them to access community support and services to improve their health outcomes.Mental Health Community Connectors are part of the transformation of community mental health care in Rotherham, helping the NHS to move towards integrated community mental health services across primary and secondary care in collaboration with Rotherham Local Authority and the Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS).
