About the Role:As a Children''s Residential Mental Health Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing emotional, social, and practical support to children and young people with mental health needs in a nurturing and safe environment. You will work as part of a dynamic team to promote positive outcomes and help the young people develop essential life skills. Responsibilities Include: Providing one-to-one and group support to children and young people.Supporting daily routines, including bedtime, personal care, and activities.Helping young people manage their emotions and behaviours effectively.Promoting a safe and caring environment.Recording and reporting on the progress and well-being of the children.Collaborating with team members, families, and external professionals.
