A supportive specialist school in Thatcham is seeking a compassionate  Mental Health Assistant  to join their team as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting pupils with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs while helping them develop the skills they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom.  As a  Mental Health Assistant , you will provide tailored support to pupils who may experience anxiety, difficulties with emotional regulation, low confidence, or challenges managing their behaviour.
