This is a community-based role supporting adults affected by mental illness to build confidence, resilience and greater independence. You''ll work primarily one-to-one with people in their own homes and communities, with opportunities to contribute to our Hub-based services where needed. About the role You''ll provide practical and emotional support tailored to each person, helping them identify goals, develop personal plans and build strategies to self-manage their mental health and wellbeing.
