      <description>Location: Invergordon | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Change Mental Health is looking for a Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioner to join our community-based Hub in Invergordon. Our Hub provides a welcoming, non-clinical space where people can connect with others, build confidence and resilience, and improve their mental health and wellbeing through group activities, peer support and recovery-focused opportunities.  About the role  You''ll play an important part in the day-to-day running of the Hub, working directly with people experiencing poor mental health or mental illness. Your work will include facilitating groups and wellbeing activities, providing person-centred 1:1 support, helping people develop achievable goals and personal plans, and connecting people with wider community support.
