This rewarding full-time role involves supporting students aged 11-18 who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. You will play a key role in promoting emotional wellbeing, helping students regulate their emotions and supporting them to access education successfully. Working closely with teachers, pastoral staff and therapists, you will build trusted relationships with pupils while providing daily emotional and behavioural support.
