We are seeking a strategic and collaborative leader to drive forward our service integration agenda. In this pivotal role, you will foster stronger partnerships between CGL services and external stakeholders across integrated care systems and Combatting Drugs Partnerships. Your work will directly support the delivery of the national Drug Strategy, helping services respond effectively to health and social care challenges. You will guide and support service leaders, offering expert advice to ensure our services are aligned with local system priorities and community needs. By strengthening integration with criminal justice and health and social care providers, you will help improve treatment pathways, reduce substance-related harms, and contribute to tackling health inequalities.
