Academics is recruiting a Mental Health &amp; Wellbeing Practitioner to join an alternative provision in West Sussex, supporting pupils whose emotional, behavioural and mental health needs impact their education.  Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver targeted interventions to improve pupils'' wellbeing, resilience and engagement with learning.   The Role     Deliver 1:1 and small-group mental health interventions.    Support pupils with anxiety, emotional regulation, self-esteem and behavioural difficulties.    Undertake assessments and develop tailored intervention plans.    Help pupils build coping strategies, resilience and emotional wellbeing.    Adapt support for pupils with SEND and additional needs.    Work closely with teaching staff, families and external professionals.
