We''re West London Mind, and our award winning, non clinical crisis prevention service is open 365 days a year to help young people de escalate, feel safe, and access skilled, compassionate support. About The Circle The Circle is a warm, youth designed space for 5-18 year olds who may be struggling with their mental health or at risk of crisis. Instead of attending AandE, young people can drop in for calm, child centred support, emotional regulation, and practical guidance. You''ll also work closely with parents, carers and professionals to strengthen wellbeing and self management. What You''ll Do Provide in the moment support to help young people de escalate distress Use age appropriate approaches to reduce the need for medical intervention Lead emotional regulation exercises and deliver psychoeducation Co produce safety and wellbeing plans with CYP, families and referrers Offer 1:1 support via drop ins or appointments Signpost families to ongoing local support and build strong community networks Contribute to creative group activities (e.g., art, music, workshops) Follow safeguarding procedures and risk processes confidently Keep clear, timely records and gather feedback to evidence impact Engage in reflective practice, training and team collaboration What We''re Looking For You''ll bring at least two years'' experience ..... full job details .....
